A two-day workshop on Soft Skills to be held on 16th&17th November 2019 at NIT Sikkim in Multi Purpose Hall.
Introduction
Soft skills are a cluster of productive personality traits that characterise one’s relationships in a milieu. These skills can include social graces, communication abilities, language skills, cognitive and emotional empathy, time management, teamwork and leadership traits.They complement technical skills for modern day engineers for productive workplace performance and support everyday life competencies. The goal of this workshop is to introduce the nuances of soft skills that are often missed.

The workshop will consist of lectures and several interactive sessions. Participants will work on several exercises individually and in teams.
